Seeking Pasture Lease for Horse: 1+ Acre(s) in Skagit County

Description:

I am searching for at least one acre of securely fenced land to "board" my horse.

Who I am and What I'm looking for:

Requirements include permanent fencing with hot wire (can't be hot wire alone), minimum 1 acre, place to store hay or allowance for a portable storage shed to be brought in, shelter of some sort or allowance for a portable shelter to be brought in, within 20 minutes of downtown Sedro-Woolley. Our horse, Bandit, is a Paint gelding. He is extremely friendly, affectionate, and well-mannered. He adores people and loves to be pet! His only issue is he will run through hot wire, which is why permanent fencing of some sort is a requirement. All care for Bandit would be done by me or my husband. We are diligent, attentive owners and we try to make sure we visit him at least once daily. I ride him quite often in the summer months. We would be okay with him being kept in a pasture with a couple other horses as long as they are up to date on vaccinations and aren't overly aggressive. We will happily pay for the space, or we can offer trade/partial trade for labor, such as feeding other farm animals, yard work, etc. We are both very hard working and absolutely adore animals! We would require a contract for both your safety/peace of mind as well as ours. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration! :)

Farming Experience:

My husband and I are mostly experienced with horses and chickens but aren't intimidated by other farm animals. We're both very handy and knowledgeable when it comes to repairs, barn work, and general farm maintenance - all of which we could offer for trade or partial trade for a pasture lease.

Short term plans for the land / farm business:

Our only plan would be to keep our horse there, as well as his feed. As mentioned, we are happy to help out around the farm or simply pay to lease the space.
