Seeking land, purchase or lease to own on the Peninsula

We are looking for land in the Sequim, Port Townsend, or Chimacum areas. Sale outright or lease to own. We plan to start a sustainable farm and live on the property so it would need to be buildable.

Who I am and What I'm looking for:

We are a couple in our late 30's who have been looking for the right place to call home. We are both frugal and work hard at our professional jobs and are still finding it hard to be able to afford land or a farm. We aren't expecting to find a perfect property - but we are happy to make the property we find perfect for us. Something in the 5+ acre size, with southern exposure, and something without excessive wetlands would be great.

Farming Experience:

Nicole grew up on a farm with 70 head of beef cattle and have plenty of experience from her early life. She has also WWOOFed in France and had a backyard garden that produced all of the veggie needs at her previous home. Jerome has helped out on his in-laws' farm on many occasions. He has WWOOFed in France and in North Carolina and had a backyard garden at his previous home.

Crops preferred to work with:

Tree fruit
Greenhouse crops

Short term plans for the land / farm business:

To build our chick-shaw and get our flock of chickens started. We would also like to have up to 4 pigs. Creating healthy soil for our entire lot is top priority and will be an ongoing process as our farm grows. Establishing fruit trees and a garden space for herbs, veggies, and flowers would occur in the 1st year.
