Looking for farm or ranch to take over from a retiring farm or rancher

I was born and raised on a farm and ranch, was milking cows by hand at the age of 6. We raised hogs, 250 head of cattle, grain, sugar beets, pinto beans, and alfalfa. My folks passed away and the farm was not large enough for everybody currently living in Arizona. Currently waiting my step son's kidney transplant and would like to get back and have a place of my own, whether it's a smaller farm of 20 or 200 acres, or a full-size operation. I worked on the farm and for another farmer for about 30 years of my life. Currently not sure where the future leads. Having been in agriculture 90% of my life, I want to get back to my roots and not driving trucks.
