looking for 2 plus acre to raise sheep and other small livestock

Description:

I have experience fencing, raising Rabbits, Poultry, sheep, and pigs as well as some experience with gardening. I started out with 4H and FFA in high school, I have continued to expand my knowledge ever since. I have enjoyed many different animals as part of a well-rounded farm, In 2015 I got my first sheep. It didn't take long for me to realize I wanted to raise sheep for wool and milk. I have been raising and milking my sheep since spring 2017 if I want to take it any further I need good grazing land in order to produce quality milk and wool.

Who I am and What I'm looking for:

I have a dream, I want to raise awareness about the possibilities for locally produced food to help the public understand that food can be produced locally in an affordable environmentally sustainable way. I am already building up a small non-profit to help me achieve my goals but I still need somewhere expand my farm so I can show people how they to can grow food or what to look for when buying local. I am looking for land to raise animals as well as hopefully develop a small food forest to educate the public as well as continue feeding my family with healthy homegrown sustainable food.  I have kept my flock very small so  I would like to start with 2 to 3 acre divided into 6 pastures for rotational grazing, but would not turn down more land after I have had time to expand my flock and resources. Just raising sheep to sell wool, the wool would be sent off to be milled into yarn possibly along with my angora fiber from my rabbits, I would then hand paint the yarn for resale through high-end outlets.  I would also like to house my poultry that Provides eggs and meat for my extended family. I have raised AGH hogs in the past and would love the opportunity to add 2 or 3 to my sheep flock AGHs are a grazing hog know for the deeply flavored meat and being gentle on the land. The AGH hogs are not as important to me as good grazing for my sheep. with enough land, I would love to feed another family or 2. I would also be moving close to the farm location so I could easily drive there every day so we would like to stay within 90 minutes of Seattle for James' work.
