I am a beginning farmer with two seasons of experience operating a small-scale diversified vegetable farm, seeking 3-5 acres of production space with access to water. I prefer organic and sustainable methods, and I also incorporate production space specifically to feed beneficial insects and pollinators. I am losing my current land base to development. I would like to live on the land if possible, but it's not required.

As a start up enterprise, I am still in the process of developing my markets. Initially I would lay out a plan to plant perennial berries, and build the plan for annual vegetables around those locations. I would also like to get GAP certified (I currently possess the pre-requisite FSMA training certificate), and also pursue organic certification. I am losing my current land base (3+ acres) to development for new housing in Spokane.
