We have 2 lots of 4 acres with our house and a couple buildings. Ideally we would be looking for people that want to farm and do not have the land. There is a little flooding that happens in marked areas but lots of useful land.

We have a 20x40 garden for our family. Currently there is only a 3 wire barbwire fence for property line.

Pierce county classified it as Tabasco muck soils. It is great soil but rocky. Then bank run under about a ft. Water table is about 1-3ft depending on the time of year.

There is an old 1 stable that was used for cows in the past. Probably 60' by 25' needs junk cleaned out from previous owner.
